Mary Kay and Micheal, Californian hoteliers, have been visiting New Zealand for over twenty years and are now residents in both New Zealand and the Cook Islands. They own three beautiful “active retirement homes” in their favourite locations: an isolated beach in Taupo Bay, a dream beach house in Rarotonga, Cook Islands, and now, this boutique urban retreat in Nelson.

Our Nelson home is a long-term project, with new enhancements including an elevator, an expanded front entrance, porch, upstairs lounge.
